This website is operated by and trading as Niche & Glow ("we", "us", "our"), located at [Strand, Cape Town]. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply alongside our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products
We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and ingredients accurately. Screen displays vary, and we cannot guarantee exact colour matches. Our products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always read the full ingredient list and do a patch test before use. Consult a doctor if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or are pregnant.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Payfast, and we do not store your card details.

5. Orders
An order is accepted once we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

6. Cancellations and returns
Your rights to cancel and return products are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and do not reduce your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and branding, belongs to Niche & Glow and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Niche & Glow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

9. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
