Where we ship
We currently ship within South Africa.

Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by courier issues, weather, or peak seasons.

Couriers
We ship with Certified valid Courier Services. Tracking details are sent by email and SMS.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. Niche & Glow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within [7] days of the expected delivery date at ulrikestoop@gmail.com and we'll resolve it with the courier.
